Boonie’s Besties 


How Your Order Gets Made

All Boonie’s Besties products are made just for you, on demand, with love (and a little chaos). We work with a print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to you.

This means your tote, tee, hoodie, or print = product is made fresh the moment you order it. No sitting in a warehouse. No mass production. Just your Bestie, made for you.


Production Time

Before your order ships, it needs to be made. Please allow:

3–7 business days for production (this is on top of shipping time)

During high-demand periods (holidays, new drops), production may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you posted.


Shipping Times

Once your order ships, the estimated delivery times are:

Destination Estimated Delivery
USA 3–5 business days
Canada 5–10 business days
UK & Europe 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand 10–20 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can occasionally be slower than expected. If your order is running late, please give it a couple of extra days before reaching out.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Use it to stalk your package as many times as you need. We completely understand.

International Orders — Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These fees are set by your local customs office and are entirely outside our control.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to avoid surprise charges. Boonie’s Besties is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs inspections.


Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production, we can’t change it. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately at tara@taraboone.com. We’ll do everything we can to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it,  but the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.


Order Not Arrived?

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t shown up:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors
  2. Check with your local post office; sometimes packages are held there
  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them
  4. If none of those help, email us at tara@taraboone.com with your order number

Please report missing packages within 14 days of your estimated delivery date so we can investigate and make it right. Reports received after 14 days and up to 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Reports submitted after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
