QUESTION: What kind of products do you sell?
ANSWER: Boonie’s Besties products include tote bags, tees, hoodies, art prints, mugs, and more, all featuring original hand-drawn artwork by Tara Boone. Each character is part of the Besties universe: relatable women with big personalities and bigger feelings. You probably already know one of them. You might be one of them.
QUESTION: Are products made to order?
ANSWER: Yes! Every physical product is made fresh, just for you, when you place your order. We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company. This means no sitting in a warehouse, no mass production just your Bestie, made on demand. It also means we can’t accept returns for change of mind, so please check sizing and product details before ordering.
QUESTION: Do products come in limited quantities?
ANSWER: Yes! Each Bestie character is available in limited drops. Once a character or design sells out, she’s gone. We do occasionally bring back fan favorites, but we can’t promise it. If you find your Bestie, don’t wait. Get her before she disappears.
QUESTION: Are the colors exactly what I see on screen?
ANSWER: We do our very best to represent colors accurately, but screens vary. What looks hot pink on one monitor might look slightly different on another. Colors may also vary slightly depending on the specific product and the printing process. If you have questions about a specific item, email us at tara@taraboone.com before ordering.
QUESTION: Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
ANSWER: We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but a Boonie’s Besties tote showing up in someone’s mailbox is basically a gift in itself.
SECTION 2: SIZING
QUESTION: How do I know what size to order?
ANSWER: Every product listing includes a size guide. Look for it in the product description. We recommend checking it before you order, especially for apparel. If you’re between sizes, size up. Still not sure?
QUESTION: Can I exchange an item for a different size?
ANSWER: Because all products are made to order, we don’t offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide in the product listing carefully before purchasing.
SECTION 3: SHIPPING
QUESTION: How long does it take to receive my order?
ANSWER: All orders go through two stages: production and shipping.
Production takes 3–7 business days (this is when your product is being made).
After production, shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 1–3 weeks for US orders.
QUESTION: Do you ship internationally?
ANSWER: Yes! We ship to Canada. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These are set by your local customs office and are not in our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
QUESTION: How do I track my order?
ANSWER: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Use it freely. We fully support obsessive package tracking. If you have questions about your tracking, email us at tara@taraboone.com with your order number.
QUESTION: My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
ANSWER: First, check your tracking link (sent to you by email when your order shipped). If the estimated delivery date has passed:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation for any address errors
- Check with your local post office. Packages are sometimes held there
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them
If you’ve done all that and still can’t find it, email us at tara@taraboone.com with your order number. Please report missing packages within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.
QUESTION: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
ANSWER: Please email us immediately at tara@taraboone.com if you need to change your address. We’ll do our best to help, but once production has started we may not be able to make changes. This is why it’s so important to double-check your address at checkout!
SECTION 4: RETURNS & REFUNDS
QUESTION: What is your return policy?
ANSWER: Because all products are made to order specifically for you. Please check the return policies.
QUESTION: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
ANSWER: We’re so sorry! Email us at tara@taraboone.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review and get back to you quickly. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
QUESTION: Can I cancel my order?
ANSWER: Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at tara@taraboone.com. The sooner the better. We can’t guarantee cancellation once production has begun, but we’ll always try to help.
SECTION 5: DIGITAL PRODUCTS
QUESTION: What digital products do you offer?
ANSWER: We offer digital downloads, including The Boonie’s Besties Official Survival Guide. It’s an interactive PDF guide featuring 4 survival kits and a quiz to find your Bestie. Digital products are delivered instantly by email after purchase.
QUESTION: Are digital product sales refundable?
ANSWER: Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales are final. Please read the full product description before purchasing. If you have questions about what’s included, email us at tara@taraboone.com
QUESTION: What software do I need to use digital products?
ANSWER: Most of our digital products are urls that can be opened on any device. Any specific software requirements will be listed in the product description.

QUESTION: Who is Tara Boone?
ANSWER: Tara Boone is the artist and creator behind every single Boonie’s Bestie. Each character is original hand-drawn artwork. Real women with real personalities and real thoughts they probably shouldn’t say out loud. Tara’s art is the heart of this brand, and it’s what makes every product genuinely one of a kind.
QUESTION: Can I use Boonie’s Besties artwork on my own products or social media?
ANSWER: All artwork, illustrations, and designs are the intellectual property of Tara Boone and Studio Bestie, LLC. Purchasing a product gives you the item, not a license to reproduce or redistribute the artwork. You may share photos of your products on social media (we love that!), but you may not reproduce, copy, sell, or create derivative works from our designs. QUESTION: How do I stay up to date on new drops?
ANSWER: Sign up for Boonie’s Babble, (a newsletter kinda thing, but so much more). You’ll get first access to new character drops, exclusive offers, and whatever else the Besties feel like telling you. Sign up at the bottom of our homepage.
