RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every Boonie’s Besties product is made to order just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we’ve got you and we’ll make it right.


What We Cover

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your item was misprinted or the wrong design was printed
  • Your item arrived with a manufacturing error
  • You received the wrong item entirely

In any of these cases, please email us at tara@taraboone.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of what’s wrong

We strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible upon discovering any issue, as prompt notification helps us resolve your claim quickly. Claims received after 14 days and up to 30 days of delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In the event of a fulfillment error or product defect, we will liaise with our fulfillment partner on your behalf to pursue a replacement or refund where applicable under their policies.

We’ll review and get back to you quickly with a replacement or refund. No runaround, no drama, just a solution.


What We Don’t Cover

We’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size guides before purchasing, there’s one in every product listing)
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Orders with delivery issues caused by an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Anything other than what we stated in the section above

Sizing

We know getting the right fit matters. Every product listing on our site includes a size guide, so please check it before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please see our Shipping Policy for next steps. Missing packages must be reported within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
