Her Story
Dottie lives in Colorado with her horses, her boyfriend of seven years, and approximately four thousand unfinished thoughts. She is an artist who co-owns a clothing boutique with Angela. During the week, Dottie spends her mornings making things with her hands and her afternoons helping other people decide what to wear. On the weekends, she looks like someone who should be at a gallery opening somewhere, and she is absolutely on a horse instead.
She has been reconsidering the turtleneck since last March. Not this March. Last March.
She notices everything, processes everything, and arrives at the same conclusion: she needs to think about this a little more.
The boyfriend of seven years is aware. The horses are unbothered.
